Henberg Electronics was established in 1984. The mission of the company was to establish a trustworthy relationship with clients in providing affordable yet reliable services and repairs to the Television market. In 1991 Henberg Electronics became a registered Multichoice Agency and Accredited Installers. Henberg Vaalpark was then established in 2001 as a joint decision to split and cover a greater area of the Vaal Triangle which continued to provide affordable and reliable services to the community.

These areas include: Sasolburg, Vaalpark, Parys, Heilbron, Koppies, Vanderbijlpark and underlying areas, Vereeniging and underlying areas, Meyerton, Golf Park and The Vaal Dam.
